R. GONZALEZ...
The Rafael Gonzalez Panetelas Extra is a hidden gem, a medium Short Panetela. This cigar has been around since the 1930s, and like other cigars from Rafael Gonzalez it is very smooth and mild, using only tobacco from the Vuelta Abajo region. Medium body at its peak, its delivers mostly smooth aromas of chocolate, coffee and of amazing tobacco. There are also notes of almond, earth, wood, bread and some floral characteristics. Its amazing construction allows an excellent draw throughout the entire cigar and a memorable smoking experience. Minimum ageing recommended is 3 years.
R. GONZALEZ PETIT...
The Rafael Gonzalez Petit Corona is a Habanos delight, a light bodied Mareva. This is a very mild cigar, however very rich in flavors with an excellent construction. Produced in limited amounts, this cigar has all the more consistency in quality. It is a perfect small cigar for a morning break or a lazy afternoon. If you have a chance to get your hands on it, do not miss it.
R. GONZALEZ...
The Rafael Gonzalez Perlas is a Cuban beauty, a medium-full bodied Petit Corona. One of the most recent cigars of the Rafael Gonzalez lineup, (released in 2011), and is a pretty short smoke, perfect for a morning break. Its construction is great; it's perfectly rolled and feels nice between the fingers. It smokes beautifully, rather slowly and has a nice creamy profile but also develops some powerful woody aromas. There are also some creamy aromas, some coffee, some spices from pepper and some berries touches. The finish is long, with vanilla and some floral aftertaste. Overall, it is a great little smoke that can age very well and evolve into an even more mellow profile.
H.UPMANN AÑEJO...
Belonging to the Habanos Añejados series. This series is made up of cigars that have been aged in Cuba, in perfect conditions of conservation, for a minimum of five years before its launch. The boxes are stamped with the original manufacturing date as well as the revision date (revised stamp) to indicate the product launch date. With the aging process, the tobacco becomes rounder and more palatable, obtaining delicate and sweet flavor notes with woody nuances, thanks to the years of rest together with the cedar that protects it.
PARTAGAS...
The Partagas Lusitanias is a real gem of a double corona. One of the most appreciated Double Coronas throughout the world. Giving yourself a Lusitania from Partagas is giving yourself the pleasure of smoking one of the best cigars in the world. Find an excuse to spare 2 hours to savor its flavor. You'll be glad you did.
TRINIDAD TOPES...
The Trinidad Topes, is a big and bold massive cigar that makes for a great after dinner smoke. Amazing construction, as every Trinidad, with a complex and rich flavor profile. Medium-full cigar with plenty of cedar, leather, earth, cream and also some sweetness (chocolate, berries, fruit). Initially released as a Limited Edition in 2016, the Topes may be one of the best Trinidad available.
Havana Club Añejo...
Havana Club Añejo Especial is a blend of rums aged for up to five years made from fermented molasses from sugar cane harvested in Cuba. The molasses is combined with yeast and water, distilled with column stills and aged in white oak barrels. A premium golden rum with a slightly sweet smooth finish, with notes of vanilla from double aging, complemented by hints of cinnamon, tobacco, orange peel and dry oak. Its aromatic strength gives an unprecedented complexity of Cuba.
R. Y JULIETA...
The Romeo y Julieta Short Churchills Cigar was released in 2006 and has been popular among experts ever since. The Robustos Vitola is one of the best formats to come from Romeo y Julieta. This Cuban Cigar is full-bodied, producing prominent notes of cedar and earth wrapped in a luscious, oily wrapper.
MONTECRISTO MINI...
The Montecristo Mini is manufactured and packaged without a band. The wrapper is medium brown in color. It is soft to the touch and matte. The build of the Mini is very good and the cigar burns well. The ash is compact and dark gray in color. It has flavors of tobacco and wood, aromas of nuts, cocoa and spices.
QUAI D'ORSAY...
One of the three new releases from Quai DOrsay in 2017, a brand known for its mild cigars. Mild cigar that is mild-medium at most, with lots of woodsy flavors. Affordable cigar with not too much complexity which makes the perfect smoke for your breakfast. The No.54 is not as easily found as other cigars, so do miss your chance to try this lesser known brand.
BELINDA CORONAS...
The Belinda brand cigar like many smaller brands, did not survive the nationalization of the cigar industry. They were re-introduced by the government run Cubatobacco in 1988. There is only one surviving cigar size which is the Corona.
