The Hoyo de San Juan from Hoyo de Monterrey is a tasty medium-bodied geniales, with 54 ring gauge and 5.9” (150mm) long and comes in a box of 25 cigars. Released at the 2014 Habanos Festival, this big ring gauge cigar is reminiscent of the old brand, but with a modern twist that appeal to many big ring gauges aficionados. It sports a new band which reads “Serie Le Hoyo” but as any Hoyo de Monterrey, it is hand rolled only using tobacco from San Juan y Martínez district, where the brand was born in 1865. It is of light to medium flavor, very aromatic and rich smoke. One of the best Hoyo out there. Has a great potential for aging, which would make it even smoother.
The Montecristo Especial No.2 is a great choice for a pure smooth Cuban medium. It is not complex, mainly has a cedar flavor, with a little cocoa, walnut and just the right amount of spices. Romeo y Julieta Pirámides Añejados was launched as part of Habanos S.A Añejados line in 2015. This Cuban tobacco is very special as it has undergone a longer aging process, lasting between five and eight years. This process has led to the emergence of one of the best Romeo and Juliet. Its longer aging period has given the tobacco an excellent woody aroma.

The Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No.2 Cigar is another addition to the Epicure series of Hoyo de Monterrey Cigars. It has a Robustos vitola. This Cuban tobacco starts out smooth and progresses into a distinctive spicy hue, along with earth, cedar, and minerals.
The Partagás Serie D No.5 was first introduced as a Habanos limited edition in 2008. Partagás have since made it a member of regular production. This Cuban cigar sports a Robusto vitola and is recognised as the smaller sibling to the Partagás Serie D No.4. Very typical of the Partagás brand, this smoke has deep, earthy notes complemented by the spicier tones you'll find within this tobacco blend.
Belonging to the Habanos Añejados series. This series is made up of cigars that have been aged in Cuba, in perfect conditions of conservation, for a minimum of five years before its launch. The boxes are stamped with the original manufacturing date as well as the revision date (revised stamp) to indicate the product launch date. With the aging process, the tobacco becomes rounder and more palatable, obtaining delicate and sweet flavor notes with woody nuances, thanks to the years of rest together with the cedar that protects it.
