The H.Upmann Coronas Junior Tubos is a great cigar for a short break and for a first Cuban smoke. Mild to medium cigar, with delicious flavors of cedar, spices, sweetness and some notes of cream and nuts. Ages very well in its tube. 4 or 5 years on, the cigar is even more complex and creamier. Montecristo Dumas, launched in 2017, is part of the Linea 1935 series that commemorates the year of creation of Montecristo.  Cigar medium to full strength but full of flavorsHumo complex with lots of cedar, cocoa, leather, walnut. The Jose L. Piedra Petit Cazadores is a enjoyable and tasty Petit Corona. A pleasant medium flavored smoke for a good price. Ideal for a casual smoke such as a game of golf or some other outdoor activity. The Cazadores is a good cigar, not too strong, that burns fine.

The H.Upmann Magnum 54, a 2016 version but with a very complex and elegant smoke. Although it is still a young cigar, it shows a perfect construction with a lot of complexity. Great potential for aging.  A perfect cigar for casual and experienced smokers, ideal for afternoon or before dinner smoke.

The Hoyo de Monterrey Coronations Tubos is a cheap daily smoke, of corona format. This short smoke packs the typical Cuban flavors that can be smoked on-the-go as it comes in an elegant and convenient aluminum tube. The flavors offered by this Habanos are of wood, earth, leather, coffee, nuts, fruits and floral characteristics.

The Cohiba Siglo I Cigar claims the title of the smallest Cohiba cigar of all. This is another addition to the Cohiba Siglo collection – created to celebrate the 500th anniversary of discovery of Cuba. The Siglo I sports a Perla vitola – measuring at 102mm with a 40 ring gauge. So, it’s certainly a smaller smoke for you. Although it may be short in size, it’s by no means short in flavour – it delivers a medium-full bodied smoke. Containing earthy notes of cedar and barnyard – with distinct leather aromas.  

The Hoyo de San Juan from Hoyo de Monterrey is a tasty Habano, of Geniales format,. Released at the 2014 Habanos Festival, this big ring gauge cigar is reminiscent of the old brand, but with a modern twist that appeal to many big ring gauges aficionados. It sports a new band which reads “Serie Le Hoyo” but as any Hoyo de Monterrey, it is hand rolled only using tobacco from San Juan y Martínez district, where the brand was born in 1865. It is of light to medium flavor, very aromatic and rich smoke. One of the best Hoyo out there. Has a great potential for aging, which would make it even smoother.
