Santiago de Cuba 500 rum, exclusive extra vintage production.
The Romeo y Julieta No. 3 Cigar is one of our smaller Cuban cigars. Nevertheless, for what it lacks in size it makes up for in flavour. The Coronitas vitola is popular among aficionados who are on the hunt for a shorter smoke. Providing a medium-bodied smoke - you can expect flavours of leather and cedar with additional notes of tannin.
Montecristo No.5 is a powerful and rich little jewel, pearl format, that comes in a box of 10 cigars. The Habanos managed to pack all the typical flavors of Montecristo in a perfectly constructed short cigar, the taste of which is reminiscent of those of their older brothers.
El Rey del Mundo with this Demi Tasse. It is a discrete smoke, just a bit more than a cigarette but less than a cigar, like Panetelas. This is the perfect choice of a Havana smoke for a short break. Recommended aging is 20 years to be at its prime but who can wait that long. If you can, you will be greatly rewarded. Buy a few boxes and set them aside.
The Cohiba Siglo I Cigar claims the title of the smallest Cohiba cigar of all. This is another addition to the Cohiba Siglo collection – created to celebrate the 500th anniversary of discovery of Cuba. The Siglo I sports a Perla vitola – measuring at 102mm with a 40 ring gauge. So, it’s certainly a smaller smoke for you. Although it may be short in size, it’s by no means short in flavour – it delivers a medium-full bodied smoke. Containing earthy notes of cedar and barnyard – with distinct leather aromas.
The San Cristobal La Punta is a creamy and rich medium bodied Pyramid. Launched by Habanos in 1999, it is hand rolled using only tobacco from the Vuelta Abajo region. It gets its name from one of the fortress of La Habana that used to defend the city during the Spanish Latin America Empire times. Despite its lack of fame, it is definitely a cigar that worth a try. Like other vitolas from the San Cristobal marca, La Punta cigar is pretty smooth, medium range in strength, overall very creamy and which develops a nice complexity of flavors along the whole smoke. There is plenty of leather, wood, barnyard, hay, nuts, toasty aromas, fruits notes, some chocolate, and some coffee. There is a delicious sweetness along the whole cigar too.
The Romeo y Julieta Short Churchill is a wonderful vitola, that is never too powerful. The Short Churchill keeps only the very best of his big brother, skipping the uneasy first puffs. This shorter format allows modern cigar smokers to enjoy a true Cuban stogie when time is of the essence. This cigar is creamy and complex with ample draw and good construction.
The Romeo y Julieta Cedros de Luxe Cigar comes as one of the Habanos LCDH editions. The burn and draw in this cigar is second to none, with little to no attention, the Cedros de Luxe provides a faultless smoke. Wrapped in an aromatic cedar wrapper, the woody flavours truly shine through in this Romeo y Julieta. Light in colour, it's caramel/milk chocolate wrapper is representative of the smooth and mild flavours provided by this Cuban cigar.
