The H.Upmann Coronas Major Tubos is an affordable and mild Habano. This is a gentle smoke that is both very complex and smooth, lots of cedar, spices, coffee. It is really a delicate vitola that can be enjoyed by all cigar enthusiasts, as it remains accessible while not being that expensive. To top it all, its construction is great, and the fact that it comes in an elegant aluminum tube makes it a cigar easy to carry around.
The Montecristo No.4 Cigar is a must-have for all experts! This Cuban cigar was constructed immaculately – with its smooth wrapper has very few veins and no hard or weak spots. It features a Marevas shape, which is considered the typical Habanos shape. You can expect bold earthy notes, without being overpowering – with complements of fresh wood and a touch of spice.
The Rafael Gonzalez Perlas is a Cuban beauty, a medium-full bodied Petit Corona. One of the most recent cigars of the Rafael Gonzalez lineup, (released in 2011), and is a pretty short smoke, perfect for a morning break. Its construction is great; it's perfectly rolled and feels nice between the fingers. It smokes beautifully, rather slowly and has a nice creamy profile but also develops some powerful woody aromas. There are also some creamy aromas, some coffee, some spices from pepper and some berries touches. The finish is long, with vanilla and some floral aftertaste. Overall, it is a great little smoke that can age very well and evolve into an even more mellow profile
The Cohiba Pyramids Extra Cigar is a truly opulent and luxurious smoke. This Cuban cigar was presented during the XIV Habano Festival, held in Cuba until February 2012. Four types of tobacco leaves were used in the making of this cigar, which gives it a complexity of flavors. Each of these leaves has undergone the third fermentation process of the cohiba trademark, it is a force to be taken into account. The potency of flavor offers a medium-complete flavor profile, with notes of smoked wood, along with leather and vanilla. The Torpedo Cigar gives you two full hours to sit back, relax and smoke.
The Trinidad Fundadores, originally restricted to diplomats and officials, is indeed one of Cubas finest smoke. Elegant and perfectly rolled. Complex cigar with smooth flavors of wood, earth, coffee and plenty of spices. Strong and powerful cigar, body between medium-full and full. This cigar is simply a must-try for every Cuban enthusiast.
The Hoyo de Monterrey Hoyo Du Prince is a sweet and mild Corona. The Le Hoyo Series was created apart from the Hoyo de Monterrey line, this explains the difference in names and shapes of the cigars. The Le Hoyo cigars are thinner and they are slightly stronger than the regular Hoyo de Monterrey. The Hoyo du Prince hovers around a mild to medium, which main aromas are of wood, earth and leather. There is a lot of sweetness in the aromas, lots of creaminess, some honey, some nuts, and some fruit notes also add to the richness. The spices are also always present, but never too strongly, just a tingle on the lips. Overall a mild and rich cigar, perfect for a morning cigar. Pretty affordable. A cigar that ages very well, 2 years of ageing are recommended.
