The Montecristo Mini is manufactured and packaged without a band. The wrapper is medium brown in color. It is soft to the touch and matte. The Mini's build is very good and the cigar burns well. The ash is compact and dark gray in color. It has flavors of tobacco and wood, aromas of nuts, cocoa and spices.

Being still a rather young cigar (released in 2014), it deserves to be aged couple of years. Quintero simply delivers a great Cuban experience at a lesser cost.
